Works are the fruit. | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence

Works are the fruit. | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "Read the below passage.  This passage makes it clear that any salvation from God (whether it be the deliverance of the nation of Israel, or of the sinner through the gospel) doesn’t come by anything we have done. He cleanses us of our sin (see 1 John 1:7; Heb. 10:22) and enables us to do His will—all for His glory and for the sake of His holy name. Salvation is by grace and grace alone, through faith alone, without works. Any good works we do merely confirm God’s grace. Works are the fruit that confirm that the tree is planted in the grace of the Lord."

Prayer: The Highest Form of Worship

Prayer: The Highest Form of Worship: "I want you to open your Bible, this morning, to Matthew chapter 6, and I just want to read a couple of verses there in Matthew 6 in the Sermon on the Mount and then talk to you about the subject that is in the Grace Today, the title, “Worship in Its Highest Form.”"

On The Box: Why I Look Like a Fool

On The Box: Why I Look Like a Fool: "An atheist once wrote to me and said, "I became an atheist to distance myself from people like you, but since becoming an atheist I’ve found that I don’t care – I honestly don’t care – if there is a God. I don’t care if there is an afterlife. I don’t care if I’m going to Hell. Oh, you can say all you want about that, I just don’t care. You can’t save me.""

“How can a perfect God be furious?” | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence

“How can a perfect God be furious?” | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "There are some crimes that outrage society. It often takes the murder of a child to stir a sense of anger in sinful humanity, but God’s wrath is stirred even by hatred, which He considers equivalent to murder. All sins are crimes against God’s Law (1 John 3:4) and are extremely offensive to Him."

On The Box: Today’s Show Notes: Thursday 20th September, 2012: "(Email) "I have been working at a high school. I do the custodial maintenance work here. When students gets into trouble, as punishment they are assigned to do community service. They have to work so many hours to pay for their bad deeds. I want to thank you and your team for all the tips on sharing the Gospel. I use the good person test with them just like you Ray . . . 27 accepted Jesus last year, and one of them was a teacher. The presence of the Holy Spirit was amazing and powerful with a few of the kids in tears as they are asking Jesus to be their Lord and Savior. Thanks so much for your ministry, and keep up the great work.""

Inside job. | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "Salvation is an inside job and we are dependent upon God to do an internal heart-changing work in those for whom we are burdened…What are some things we can pray for them?"
