Prayer is Essential in Evangelism « Baptist Campus Ministries at Drexel
Prayer is Essential in Evangelism « Baptist Campus Ministries at Drexel: "Prayer is essential for evangelism. There is very little you can do to “make” a person develop their personal relationship with God. You may be able to on some level encourage it but that is all. Salvation is completely between that person and God. You can never fix someone else’s relationship. It has to be restored by God “wooing” them. Then they need to respond to God’s love. You do nothing but maybe have the chance to set the stage for this divine romance by making the introductions."

According to Christians we’re in that state now.” | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "This perceptive atheist has identified a problem with this popular but unbiblical phrase. BGEA: Billy Graham: 'My Heart Aches for America': "Some years ago, my wife, Ruth, was reading the draft of a book I was writing. When she finished a section describing the terrible downward spiral of our nation’s moral standards and the idolatry of worshiping false gods such as technology and sex, she startled me by exclaiming, “If God doesn’t punish America, He’ll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.”"

A Superhighway for the Gospel?
A Superhighway for the Gospel?: "After the Romans had effectively vanquished much of the world into submission through Pax Romana, they built a sophisticated roadway system. Through these roads, the Romans would export goods and send out messages to the provinces that were under their rule. The early church, blooming at this particular time in history, walked down those Roman roads and took the gospel to the four corners of the earth."
