Roaring Waters | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "A man in a rowboat once found himself caught in fast-moving water, heading for a massive waterfall with jagged rocks 150 feet below. A passerby saw him rowing against the current, but his efforts were futile. Minute by minute he was drawn closer and closer to the roaring falls. The passerby ran to his car, grabbed a rope from the trunk, and threw it to the boat. When it fell across the bow, he screamed, “Grab the rope. I will pull you to the shore!” He couldn’t believe his eyes—the man took no notice. He just kept rowing frantically against the current, until he was sucked over the falls to his death."

“Since individuals in the body of Christ have different functions, must all of us witness?” | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence
“Since individuals in the body of Christ have different functions, must all of us witness?” | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "The main passage likening the Church to the human body is 1 Cor. 12:14–31, describing how each part fulfills its own function in a healthy body. But notice in v. 28 that this passage pertains to in-reach (within the local church), not outreach (evangelism). There is no mention of evangelists here because it is in the context of the Church coming together; when all those functions are working well, we have a healthy Church. Then, when the Church is healthy, it will (as one body) do what it has been commanded to do by the Head: to reach out to the lost."

Worn Out by Worry
Worn Out by Worry: "Worry is a common temptation for all of us. The source of the anxiety might vary from person to person, but no one is completely immune. For some, it’s even a favorite pastime, occupying large portions of their days by troubling over their doubts and fears about the future."

In Touch Ministries > About > From the Pastor's Heart: "There is awesome power in praise and thanksgiving. Something amazing happens when we rejoice and glorify God regardless of our circumstances. Not only does our gratefulness honor the Father in the manner He deserves, but it also refocuses our attention on His ability to help us, releases us from anxiety, and reinforces our faith."

On The Box
On The Box: "Some time ago, I received an unusual question from an Atheist. Often their questions are rooted in anger, or they are asking, looking for something they can grab for a future argument as to why God doesn’t exist. But this one was different. He said, "Hey Ray, I have a weird question for you. Do you suffer from insomnia? I hope not; I find it insufferable when I can't sleep.""

The Problem of Unanswered Prayer | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence
The Problem of Unanswered Prayer | Ray Comfort's Daily Evidence: "Many think God doesn’t exist because their prayers weren’t answered. Yet, we are warned in Scripture that if we have sin in our hearts, God will not hear our prayers (see Psa. 66:18; John 9:31; see also Prov. 28:9; Isa. 1:15). So rather than being disillusioned and thinking that God didn’t exist, they should have repented and trusted the Savior, and their prayers would have then been answered."

On The Box: Words of Comfort: Mission Europe--The Strategy
On The Box: Words of Comfort: Mission Europe--The Strategy: "It was the same strategy in each country, while making sure that we were culturally sensitive. That’s what the Apostle Paul did in Athens (in Acts 17). He wanted to confront them about their sin of idolatry, but he did so gently by quoting local poets and reasoning with his hearers. So we were always courteous and usually began by saying something endearing to the crowd."
